Each credit lasts a full 12 months after purchasing before expiry.

Ex: a credit purchased on Aug 22, 2025. Will last until Aug 22, 2026.

Start by choosing a card design you like. Click Personalize to open the customization window. Type your inside message in the “Inside” section, select a P.S. option or write your own note for the back, review your design, and then add the card to your cart for checkout.

Yes! During checkout you can choose whether to have the card shipped to yourself or mailed directly to the recipient. If you select “Direct to recipient,” you’ll enter their address and P.S. will handle the rest—printing your personalized message and sending it straight to them.

Every card includes free shipping; there’s no minimum order value. Once your card is printed it’s handed off to USPS it should take 3-4 business days.

Because cards are personalized and go into production quickly, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact P.S. support immediately. We'll do our best to help, but once printing begins we may not be able to alter the order.

Due to the custom nature of P.S. products, all sales are final. The company has a strict policy of no returns, refunds or exchanges . If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact their support team with your order number and photos; they’ll review the issue and work toward a satisfactory solution
